Elliot Maraccini is 14 years old and the son of David and Paula Maraccini and has two older brothers.  He is a member of the Kiwanis Jr. Ski Club and Central Division Devo team.  He is an 8^th grader at the Kingsford Middle School were he is an honor student, plays the baritone in the middle school band, is a member of the chorus and 8^th grade basketball team.

Elliot became interested in ski jumping at the early age of 5 when his older brothers brought home a “Try Ski Jumping” flyer from school.  He has enjoyed the sport ever since.  His favorite hills are the 70-meter hills in Coleraine and Minneapolis and 90 meter in Park City, Ut. His goal is to one-day jump the 120 meter at Pine Mountain.

When Elliot is not ski jumping he enjoys playing baseball, computer games, especially a ski jumping game, skiing off the roof of the garage, scuba diving, riding his dirt bike, and hanging out with his friends.

Elliot is coached by Martin Bayer and Kip Kopelke.
