~ Connor Jacobsen ~

Connor is an active 12 year old who is currently in 7th grade. He started ski-jumping at the age of 7 when his mom and dad took him to a tournament. During this summer tournament he asked his dad if he could jump too. Mom was not too thrilled, but Dad thought it was COOL since he grew up in Fox River Grove!!!

Connor’s love for the sport quickly grew and it is difficult keeping him away from the hills. When he is not flying through the air, he can be found playing his baritone sax, riding his bike, hanging out playing pool or bugging his gymnast brother, Erik.

Connor has been asked by friends and family alike what it is he likes most about the sport. After reflective thought he has responded that it is the people he has met from all over the world that is the best. Way to go Central, for promoting such a warm, safe and fun environment for our son to thrive within! Most of all, WAY TO GO, CONNOR!
